The only way to contact the editorial team is by email: [email protected]. There is no contact form, phone line or chat. We read every message, but we can't promise a reply to every one or a specific response time.
What you can write to us about
- Errors in a guide. If a default password is wrong, a menu has moved after a firmware update or a step no longer works, tell us which page and which device (brand, model and, if you know it, firmware version). Confirmed errors are corrected.
- Requests for new guides on routers, providers or topics the site doesn't cover yet.
- Questions about an existing guide that wasn't clear enough. If a page left you stuck, that's useful feedback for improving it.
- Suggestions about the site's structure, navigation or accessibility.
What we can't help with
- Your internet service or account. Outages, billing, slow speeds on the line itself and provider-owned gateways are handled by your internet provider. Use the support number or app listed on your bill or on the provider's website.
- Recovering your router password. We have no access to your device and can't retrieve its admin password. The usual fix is a factory reset; see also forgot router password.
- Paid, remote or in-home tech support. The site is informational only.
- Sponsored posts, paid links or partnerships. The site doesn't accept sponsored content of any kind.
Please don't send passwords, account numbers or other sensitive details. We never need them to answer a question about a guide.
Before you write
These guides answer the most common questions:
- How to log in to your router
- Can't access your router's admin page
- Default router usernames and passwords
- How to change your Wi-Fi password
